About the role
PMO Analyst/Programme Coordinator needed to work on a programme to deliver change for a large upcoming event in Central Auckland.
You will have the chance to engage with senior project leaders across various sectors including legal, finance, marketing and events tracking programme progress through dashboards, project plans and project status reports.
Requirements
- Strong project scheduling experience
- Developing / managing a project dashboard
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience managing and reporting on issues & risks
- Experience shaping and managing project status reports
- Experience working within or with government agencies or local government is desirable
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Calm under pressure
- Comfortable working on complex non-technical (IT) related projects
- Happy liaising with a large number of stakeholder
