About the role

Pegasus Health has identified the need for an Implementation Project Coordinator role to work to support the day to day running of the implementation of a new Patient Management Platform.

Reporting to the BIS Project Manager, Team Lead, this role works closely with the Implementation Project Manager, wider implementation team and a wide range of Canterbury GP Practice staff hence the ability to communicate at all levels is essential. If you have proven experience in administrative support with a real strength in a project environment, then this is the role for you.

Skills and experience:

  • Ideally, two to five years' experience in administrative support
  • Experience in software development and change management projects
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating activities and resources to support project delivery
  • Excellent written communication, reporting and documentation skills
  • Experience in the health sector is desirable, but not essential

  • The ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • The ability to interact professionally with subject matter experts
  • A commitment to continued personal development in IT and Project Management
