We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our IT team as a Junior Service Support, based in our Auckland office.

Have you got what it takes to join?

Using your outstanding customer service and communication skills you will determine customer needs, and conduct needs analysis to identify and implement the best solution paths and the next steps.

So you will need to have:

• The ability and skill set to hit the ground running
• Advanced IT technical knowledge especially around MS products and Critrix and AD experience
• A customer first mindset
• The ability to instantly engage with customers

This role requires some travel between our three Auckland sites, therefore the successful applicant must have a full NZ driver’s license and reliable transportation, in addition you must be able to travel to our Australian site once or twice a year.

We aim to have a person started in this role ASAP, so it would be good to find a candidate who is readily available
