Junior Software Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Junior Software Engineer to join one of NZ’s most prestigious sporting teams that flies our flag on the global scene like no other!
 
We are looking for a dedicated and promising developer interested in be an irreplaceable part of a small team of savvy Engineers, supporting the team to succeed the corporation goals with the use of the newest technologies.
 
You will be responsible for developing user interfaces, mostly in Javascript and React then you must be familiar with these technologies to excel in this position. You will also develop database management tools,  simulation graphics in OpenGL and create display screens for the main users.
 
You will ideally have:
 

• Up to 3+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript and React.
• Have a degree from a recognised New Zealand University.
• Any experience with C++ application and graphics in OpenGL are desirable.
• Sound knowledge in database management tools.
• Good English communication skills and the appropriate visa to allow you to work full time in NZ.
