As part of the Service Desk Technician team, you will be responsible for the provision of service desk services to support Plumbing Worlds internal customers and systems.
You will provide the first point of contact for IT Services and use superior customer service skills to ensure that all customers have a positive experience when dealing with IT Services.
This is a varied and challenging role that will provide a stimulating and rewarding environment for the person who has the right skills.
You will be enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and be able to work independently, prioritise workloads and enjoy working in a challenging, team-focused environment.

This is a permanent, full-time position and would be applicable to New Zealand Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Skills & Experience:
- Highly developed level of customer service
- Experience in incident and problem management
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High degree of understanding and experience of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Desktop Imaging and Mobile Phone setups
- Excellent technical skills
- 1 - 5 years' experience in IT support roles
- A genuine desire to give excellent, proactive service to our clients
- To be a team player
- A can-do attitude
