• This organisation is growing significantly this year due to a significant up-turn in customer uptake of their product. They have also had a long track record (almost 20 years) of success already. This means you will join a well-established team of successful peers in a stable environment with lots of scope for development and learning.  
• Based in Mt Eden currently, the recent expansion will mean an office move to newly appointed and spacious premises in Ponsonby by the end of the calendar year.
• You will join a small team of other BA's with varied skill sets and will add your own technical strengths to the already high performing team.   

• This position is information rich and day to day deals with writing specifications based on customer requirements within Confluence.  
• Interaction will mostly be with internal stakeholders and occasional client interaction in financial markets - so any previous work experience designing software in this industry, particularly related to OTC derivatives would be a significant benefit.   
• You will be a key player in designing SaaS solutions within the company/product framework and industry standards/best practice, and will require a baseline understanding of Microsoft development tools and tech stack, including basic and above C#.Net and SQL understanding, Macro VBA and Excel skills.

• You will be a passionate and hardworking individual, with excellent communication skills as well as able to understand the technology behind their product, level of configurability and the different components/how their systems hang together.
• You are well organised and show attention to detail, self-managing and proactive.
• You will have experience working with architects & developers to understand the business, methodologies used and technical framework to industry standards.
•  You will have experience in analysis and design of software for financial markets within Banking or Private Equity organisations in major financial markets mocking up, and designing new functionality, processes and logic, or the smarts to pick it up quickly.
