About the role
Responsibilities:
• Oversee workflow for server hardware assembly and configuration.
• Stress testing and quality control of server hardware.
• Handle post-sales technical enquiry and assist with warranty fulfilment if required.
• Respond to customer enquires for after-sale support through email or phone.
• Onsite visits to customer sites if necessary to resolve issues or implement solutions.
• Attend vendor technical trainings as required.
• Maintain technical current certifications and knowledge of common server deployments.
• Support other technicians as required.
Requirement:
• IT Technical qualification.
• Experience with physical server hardware assembly and maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server OS, VMware ESXi and Linux environments.
• Great communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Great trouble shooting skills.
