We are about to embark on a major transformation as we transition our Utilities business onto a standard set of processes and technology.
Reporting to the Business Transformation Manager in Utilities, you will execute the project management plan as detailed in the change management strategy to transfer existing nationwide facility maintenance service contracts onto a standard company-wide set of processes and our enterprise job management platform, Microsoft Dynamics. This contract has an established lifecycle of milestones and you will be working within these timeframes to instrument the rollout.
Working closely with our Business and IT team you will provide expertise in project management to ensure resources are effectively co-ordinated aligned to the project plan and quality information and updates are provider to the stakeholders and customers. You will prepare, deliver, mobilise and facilitate the transition of the management platform across multiple sites across New Zealand. Naturally you will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful delivery across all depots.
This role will appeal to an experienced project management professional with expertise in managing similar platform rollouts across a complex organisation. You will have strong technical experience, ideally in Dynamics and MS Projects and a demonstrated ability to utilise technology to improve business efficiencies. You will have sound commercial and financial acumen supported by your excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
