We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, sales driven individual looking to convert their career and move into a fast paced, customer focused call centre position.
  
This role would be ideal for a top performer who is wanting to expand on their call centre or sales experience by working in personal finance. Based in our Lower Hutt office, you will spend your day processing loan applications and delivering loan outcomes to the customers over the phone. Handling inbound and outbound calls and customer retention is a huge part of this role.  
  
We have the following shift available;

Sunday to Thursday, 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm

• Proven experience in sales, customer service and achieving KPI's.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and offer a product match as part of the sales process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Confident written and verbal communication manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate resilience under pressure.
• Fast learner who is comfortable navigating through and working on various computer systems and applications.
