This is a role where you will be challenged to use your creativity, analytical and problem-solving skill to build digital products and services that staff/patients love to use and help drive more opportunities.

You will be an integral part of a fun and engaging team that works in a truly agile environment.  Working closely with our stakeholders, you will help bring to life concepts and ideas using leading edge technologies.  Your knowledge and experience with both front end and back end technologies will allow you to help lead our team in defining the best approach to building our solutions, and can identify and report potential opportunities related to projects.

You will supervise junior developers and allocate resources to ensure work is undertaken effectively and efficiently.

The successful candidate should be able to communicate fluently and present complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences to provide a common understanding of a specific topic.

Candidate Requirements

An established professional in solution implementation and integration, applications development; with involvement in the detailed design of solution components, analysis and design of use cases or impact of change analysis of existing applications under maintenance with a sound understanding in one or more areas of specialisation.

Previous Experience

·    3 years minimum experience in front-end web development using leading Javascript frameworks

·    5 years minimum experience in service layer development working with a Microsoft technology stack

·    Experience in working in a truly agile team environment

·    Experience dealing with continuous delivery is a bonus

·    Experience developing cloud based solutions is mandatory

·    Experience with tools such as Visual Studio, JIRA, Git, VSTS is mandatory

·    High level understanding of Azure Solution Architecture both IaaS and PaaS

·    Have an understanding of Azure PaaS offering such as Azure SQL Server Cognitive Services, App Services etc.

Technical Skills

·    Deep understanding and working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful services, MS SQL Server, Xamarin

·    Experience and working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, LESS/SASS, AJAX and jQuery

·    Sound understanding of Javascript with experience in libraries and frameworks like Angular JS, React and Ember

This Grafton based position is fixed term full-time until January 2019.
