Key responsibilities for this role include (but not limited to):
- Leading and growing the team of Production Support Engineers
- Managing and enhancing the various processes and agreements (SLA’s) in place with valued customers
- Working collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure they are efficiently and effectively providing the best service they can
- Maintaining trusting relationships with customers, obtaining intimate understanding of their business and having the ability to provide insights and make commercial decisions as necessary
- Proven management and leadership experience within an IT environment
- Evidence of your ability to build and maintain trusting client/customer relationships through exceptional customer service
- Your ability to inspire and drive top performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
