Level 1/2 Service Desk Analyst for short term contract.
We are looking or a strong Level 1/2 Service Desk Analyst with experience in a Microsoft Office support environment, either with a large government or commercial organisation. You will be solving issues with logins, printing and blank screens, just to name a few. You will be mainly communicating to the business via email, followed by desktop support and a small amount of phone support.
You will have solid experience supporting an enterprise environment, will be very organised and also have some experience with coordination of calls including making sure the queue is managed and making sure people are responding to calls in a timely manner.
Your experience working in a commercial IT Service Desk software environment using Service Desk Plus with familiarity with how laptops are configured for different groups in the organisation, as well as:
- Windows 7
- MS Office
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- SCCM
You will be approachable and responsive with a strong focus on customer service.
