Office 365 Consultant Developer – Modern Workplace – Christchurch

Due to the continued growth within our Modern Workplace practice in Datacom South Island we’re now looking to bring on fresh consulting developer gurus to grow our already amazing team.

You’ll be surrounded by incredibly passionate people who love to push boundaries, really celebrate and share our successes and keep ourselves challenged. You will bring your own unique style which both challenges and reaffirms our team’s culture.

You need to be very familiar with Office365, but we know that that world is super broad and super deep at the same time, so;

What do we want to see?

A minimum of five years’ experience in Office365 consulting and development, preferably with SharePoint.
Strong customer facing experience, which really means that you can clearly articulate the value proposition of Office365 to our customers from a business value sense not a tech sense.
Strong technical knowledge, including .NET development and a solid understanding of Office365 to drive successful implementation of O365 solutions into a wide variety of customers (SPFX, AAD, Flow, PowerApps – that sort of thing).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, again to delight our customers with your brilliance in all things Office 365.
Background in on-prem SharePoint migrations to SharePoint Online would be advantageous, as would experience in using migration tools such as ShareGate.
