We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to join this reputable, organisation based in Newmarket. This is an initial six-month contract where you will facilitate change.
The role: Change Analysis & Facilitation
• You will define and manage People & Systems Change through risk mitigation, organisation, people, process and release planning
• Customer journey mapping to an advanced level
• Conduct impact analyses, measure change readiness and identify key stakeholders
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
To be considered for this contract, you will have previously:
• Been a part of a major transformation as a Change Manager
• Worked in an Agile/Scrum & Digital environment & preferably have a business & human centred design approach
• Identified key stakeholders, measured & articulated change readiness
• Designed and implemented change strategies
