We have a fantastic opportunity arisen for a talented Service Desk Administrator to join on us on an initial contract until the end of September 2018. There is a possibility for this to extend and more.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about all things IT. This customer orientated role reaches across both the Windows and Mac environments giving you ample exposure in these worlds. The ability to diagnose and trouble shoot on the fly are imperative alongside being highly adaptable and flexible.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' generalist Helpdesk Support/Desktop Support experience or qualifications to back them with leadership and 2IC experiences.

Technically speaking it you need to be confident in using the full range of Microsoft products working extensively with Active Directory and Exchange, networking and security suites. You'll need to be able to organise your time well and prioritise your workload and make a little time for housekeeping/admin processes.

Overall this is a customer service role, you must have a love for working with them and a passion for wanting to solve their problems from the get go! This is a people orientated role, so you will also need to have well developed interpersonal skills, be quickly able to build rapport and put people at ease but also have the experience to engage with customers via email and over the phone. A little humour always helps in these types of roles with your customers and your peers.

Relevant qualifications would be desirable but are not essential as your experience will prove your worth.
