To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Strong proven senior level of change management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in organisation/cultural change management and leadership within large & complex organisations
• Very strong stakeholder engagement – Influencing stakeholders and take them with you by showing the positivity of the changes in place
• Be passionate about change and enjoy building strong building relationships
• Be Self-starting and self-managing
• Great with training and communicating the business to adopt the change
• Tertiary qualification in Change Management
