Our client is a national respected organisation that has a new and exciting opportunity to join their team as a Service Delivery Manager.
The successful candidate will have:
- Managing relationships and resolutions with key stakeholders regarding Service Delivery
- Assisting and ensuring Service Delivery procedures and practices are adhered too whilst analysing process improvement opportunities
- Monitoring quality, delivery and availability of resources
- Proven experience working in Service Delivery within the IT industry
- A Tertiary Qualification
- Capability to improve and implement a Service Delivery Program monitoring quality and delivery standards
- Previous ITIL experience
- Technical understanding of IT Systems including infrastructure and applications
This is a senior level position which holds accountability, you will need to be able to build trusting relationships to key stakeholders, have superior organisational skills along with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
