Waikato Security is currently looking for experienced Alarm Monitoring Operators. We work in a fun fast paced environment where you are supported by your employer and colleagues.
We are privately owned and have operated in the greater Hamilton area for 30 years. Our services include Monitoring, Installing and Servicing Alarms and Security Systems and we also have a large Guard and Patrol service.
The role on offer will offer diversity from alarm monitoring, patrol dispatching, responding to noise complaints and phone answering services. This is a busy role and no two days will be the same.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, committed and hardworking. An individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and action packed environment. A previous background in an Operations Security Centre or Contact Centre is ideal but not essential.
Most importantly you will bring;
- Strong customer focus (able to multitask)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Level 2 English preferred)
- Initiative with sound judgement
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Real team player, willing to go extra mile
- Stability under pressure
- A good sense of humour
