Smart Trainer Ltd is currently seeking ICT Customer Support Officers to join our Smart Trainer team at Auckland & Hamilton office
Post of ICT Customer Support Officers
- Recognised Diploma in IT
- Minimum experience of 01 Year
- Willing to work in weekends and late nights
As an ICT Support Officer you will be required to assist the company's growing number of customers by attending faults particularly on Servers, but also on Desktop computers & Laptops, Internet & Networking, Telephony, Printers and other associated peripherals. This may be via On-Site support, Remote Connectivity or as Telephone Hotline Support and you will be required to act as the key representative of the company for all support issues.
if you have web design and development skills which would be an advantage for the position.
