We have an exciting opportunity to get involved in a number of new technology initiatives within a top tier firm with offices in Auckland and Wellington.

The 12-month contract role offers you the chance to flex your collaborative working style, knowledge of technology and the law, and influence the way legal services are offered to New Zealand's best clients.

The role of Legal Technology Delivery Advisor (LTDA) will see you assisting with the sales and onboarding processes of MinterEllisonRuddWatts' technology customers.

Core responsibilities of the role include:

• Working with Partners and staff to identify opportunities for sales of technology products to customers (client or non-client).
• Leveraging existing client relationships to forge new contacts, identifying opportunities to work with clients on their internal efficiencies.
• Assisting with sales pitches to clients (including drafting pitch docs, attending/running in person demonstrations, liaising with clients with questions).
• Developing and refining the customer onboarding process for tech sales
• Capturing insights from clients and firm staff and developing new tech products
• Managing existing clients of online compliance tool Safetrac, and promoting it to new businesses

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, being able to identify market gaps and opportunities efficiently and promptly
• Be willing to embrace change, looks for new ways to work and explore best practice.
• Generate enthusiasm amongst team members for accomplishing shared goals
• Be extremely organised, responding quickly and appropriately and able to multi-task between conflicting priorities
• Have strong liaison skills, to act as the go-between for the client and tech teams

You will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification, and or project management experience/qualification
• Corporate environment/Legal industry training/ experience
• An understanding of Compliance Platforms
• In addition pricing experience and exposure to the application of AI in the legal sector would be ideal
