This role will have you as a crucial part of an In-Home Sales team for New Zealand’s leading telecommunications company. You will be using your strong negotiating and technical skills to visit our client’s customers in their homes.
What you’ll be responsible for
You’ll be leading and coordinating a team of 12 or more ICT sales representatives as you visit your allocated territory and visit customers door-to-door. You’ll ensure customers receive the best service and advice. More specifically you will be:
- Meeting and exceeding sales and service targets
- Managing and training an eager and successful team
- Responsible for inventory management and sales reports
What you’ll need to succeed
- Prior experience in managing a team to over-achieve sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication
- High levels of motivation, commitment and passion
- Experience or knowledge in/of ICT technology
- Sound computer skills
- Knowledge of and commitment to Health and Safety
- A clean, valid New Zealand driver’s license.
