Opportunity:
There is an exciting opportunity for a Product & Implementation Consultant.
The position is primarily focused on the implementation and delivery of our expense management platform, both directly to end customers and indirectly via a partner managed end-customer relationship, efficiently and effectively.
The role covers the support and management of entire platform as it evolves over time, with a prime objective of ensuring the service is successfully implemented and used by the target audience, to an agreed plan.
The position is located in Auckland. This role requires the ability to operate productively in a fast-moving environment with an international support network. The role requires a large amount of customer engagement and good consulting and communication background. This working model requires flexible working hours to align to international time zones and non-local team availability.
. Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong Consulting and Communication skills
- Nice to have business experience in the areas of SaaS Software implementation, expense management, ERP implementations, purchase to pay platform implementation exposure
- Project Management in a financial services environment with implementation focus
- Implementation of SaaS solutions experience would be of added value but not must have
- Business Analysis experience in the context of software development
- Autonomous and results orientated
- Mature, credible and with the range to engage effectively with senior executives through to administrative staff
