Background
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work as part of their Availability and Resilience (AnR) project. As the successful candidate, you will work as an Agile BA in the API standing team on the Availability part of the project. To perform in this role, you have experience working on digital projects and knowledge of API technology. It's really important you have a positive attitude and the ability to work with both technology focused and business focused stakeholders... key deliverables include:

• Management of agile backlog in JIRA.
• Supporting scrum master with stand ups and planning sessions.
• Backlog grooming with teams.
• User story creation and management.
• Supporting the Release Train Engineer (RTE).

• A good understanding of the SAFe/Agile methodology, including delivery via Release Trains.
• The ability to translate technical requirements into practical outcome-focused solutions.
• The ability to create clear, concise documentation including plans, estimates, proposals and reports.
• Excellent relationship, facilitation and communication skills – the ability to lead, influence and secure the right outcomes for the customer in a highly complex environment.
• A dedicated commitment to achieving results with a transparent, inclusive and practical approach.
