A specialist hotel designer requires an experienced Architectural Technician to join the team.
With a significant increase in work flow, they are keen to find a confident, highly skilled Architectural Technician to provide design and technical support. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of architects and interior designers, focusing on the hotel and leisure sector.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to produce construction drawings quickly and accurately; possess very strong design and technical skills; have some commercial experience together with a thorough understanding of New Zealand building regulations. The successful candidate will also have a great deal of experience in working within a fast paced environment and will have excellent Revit skills.
This will initially be a contract role, however, it could easily become a permanent position for the right candidate.
