With a team of around 20 currently they work across Residential, Commercial, Educational, and Retail.
A diverse workload, producing Award Winning, contemporary Residential and Commercial Designs, with Documentation, Master Planning, and Site Administration as a portion of their business.
Their sister company provide diversity with Medium Density Townhouses, Apartments, Hotel’s, Commercial buildings and Remedial projects.
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Team Player with a Great Attitude
- Qualified in NZ with either B Arch / Dip NDAT / NZ CAD or similar
- Experience with NZS3604 and NZBC is essential
- Archicad experience with great design and contract admin skills
