The Opportunity
  • Work with a variety of projects from small bespoke to large complex projects.
  • National Responsibility to deliver documentation projects from start to finish.
  • Involvement in developing design, documentation and construction phases
  • Utilise the latest technologies in a BIM level 2 accredited practice with a fully functional VR suite

You will have:
  • 5-10 years professional experience with a minimum of 2 years New Zealand work experience
  • An excellent knowledge of Revit and proven experience of implementation through all documentation phases
  • An in-depth understanding of BIM framework and utilisation throughout large complex projects
  • Experience with Model Management and BIM content family creation
  • Strong BIM coordination and workflow management skills
  • Desire to develop into a National BIM management role
