This is a great opportunity for a suitably experienced Architectural Technician with Revit proficiency, to take a step up in their career.
As a suitable applicant you will have at least 4 years New Zealand architectural experience ideally having worked on a mix of commercial projects.
Accordingly, our design and project management client has great roles in their Wellington firm for Architectural Technicians at Intermediate experience level, Join their happy and stable but growing team.
In this diverse role you will enjoy working on a variety of interesting commercial and other projects.
A suitable Architectural Technician (Intermediate) will have:
- At least 4 years New Zealand architectural work experience.
- A good level of proficiency with Revit, an eye for detail, accurate with documentation, can work mostly unsupervised, and can work to deadlines as needed.
- A tertiary qualification at Diploma Arch Technology, or B. Arch Studies or equivalent.
