Oji Fibre Solutions is New Zealand's leading manufacturer of pulp, paper and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country. Our Paper Bag business based in Penrose, Auckland designs and produces multi-wall bags for the dairy, cement, flour and sugar industries throughout the country and into offshore markets.

Reporting to the Northern Sales Manager, this newly created role will be responsible for leading our small but busy customer service/ sales support team. We are on the lookout for a person with ideally a minimum of two or more year's supervisory experience.

The role is responsible for:

• supervising, coaching and developing two direct reports
• leading and supporting the export documentation process
• supporting the sales team by ensuring a high level of customer service and account management of existing and new customers
• liaising with clients from the initial ordering stage, right through to the delivery of the product and managing artwork process
• maintaining the CRM database, data entry - quotes/ orders
• looking for continuous improvement opportunities
• monthly reporting.

What we need:

• An experienced Supervisor who loves the challenge of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment, capable of multitasking, a superstar at prioritising work in a busy deadline focused environment
• The ability to think on your feet and work closely with our sales and production teams
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner who enjoys problem-solving and has a high attention to detail
• Experience within packaging, manufacturing, industrial, printing or export sectors advantageous
• Must be highly computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel with SAP advantageous
