With our main Architecture Studios in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and satellites in Taupo and Taranaki, S&T Architects is focused on delivering unique, smart and innovative design solutions for our varied and discerning client base.

Our Auckland Design Studio is busy with a growing number of projects and we need a new team member with the skill, passion and maturity to complete our Technical Delivery team. Our work load is varied, generally Commercial with additional focus on Education, Hospitality and Civic work.
Currently we are looking for an a Technician who ideally has 3 to 5 years experience with a solid technical background to join our highly skilled, collaborative and close-knit team in our Auckland Design Studio.
Key task of the role includes:
- Preparing documentation in Revit, autonomously or as part of a project delivery team
- Management of documentation programs, models and resources
- Active member of the BIM development team
- Leading by example and actively helping to improve our design and documentation practices
Key Attributes:
- 3 to 5 years’ post graduate, New Zealand based experience
- Qualification in Architectural Technology
- Full proficiency in Revit is essential to the role
- Experience in a commercial project driven environment
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the NZ Building Codes
- Well-developed Construction documentation experience
- Ability to learn quickly / interest in continuous improvement.
- Energy and passion for the role, company and building services.
- Team player, positive, helpful and proactive
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and proactive work ethic, with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
