The Company:

Comply Guy is a New Zealand owned and operated electrical appliance testing business, moving into other health and safety services. They provide efficient, cost effective, and friendly services to business around New Zealand helping them ensure that they meet their safety obligations.

The Role:

The role is an integral part of the office team and will be responsible for:

1. Liaise with current clients

2. Arrange travel for the technicians

3. Answer phones

4. Time sheets

5. Preparing and follow up of quotes

6. Administration

7. Must have some knowledge using MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook

This role is a full time position, hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm 5 days a week. We are located in Howick/Cockle Bay. This is a great opportunity for you to learn about the electrical safety business from the ground up.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:

1. A clear and friendly phone manner

2. Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.

3. Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

4. Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.

5. Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.

6. Time management/organization: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
