Original Foods Ltd. bakery is a market leading family business specialising in baked goods. We are well respected after over 25 years in the industry for producing premium baked goods, recognised for their home-baked quality and taste!
We are currently looking for an organised, dedicated and independent Junior Office Administrator who is able to follow instruction but also work on their own initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your career with a fast growing, winning team and to work out of our new Wigram premises. To be successful you will have administrative and customer service experience and be driven to develop and learn now skills.
Duties include:
Managing reception and providing strong customer service
Accurate data entry
Manage telephones
Process orders and invoices
General filing and administrative duties.
The successful applicant will:
Have excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to both staff and customers.
Have strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
Be organised with strong attention to detail.
Be able to work on own initiative while also being part of a team.
Be able to prioritise work load.
Good attitude to Food Safety and Health and Safety and willingness to follow all related instructions, procedures and policies.
You must be a NZ citizen or resident to apply.
