We are looking for an experienced office administrator to take responsibility for meeting and greeting customers as well as:
- Answering and distributing calls
- Organising stationary orders, couriers and mail
- Comfortably using Microsoft systems and other applications
- Furthering and developing knowledge in accounts
- Processing orders
- Supporting the Finance, Administration, and other departments where necessary
- Processing and passing on enquiries from customers
This role would suit someone with a years experience in an administration role, with a desire to be trained up into accounts.
