Our client is currently on the lookout for an exceptional Personal Assistant/Office Manager to take sole charge of their office Monday through to Friday.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager in a corporate environment
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Diary management – keeping diaries up to date, organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, arranging schedules
- Management of email inbox including answering emails, forwarding to appropriate people, responding to meeting queries, supplying information and filing when required
- Prepare management PowerPoint presentations
- All travel and accommodation arrangements for the manager and wider team
- Planning and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Overall Office Management – greeting clients, stocking of the stationery and kitchen supplies etc.
An integral part of this role is keeping the manager on-track, letting him know where he is at in his busy day and working with the other time to deliver on time.
The successful candidates will have:\
- Must be self-motivated and proactive
- Proven experience supporting individuals at an executive level where commercial sensitivity is paramount
- Display a high degree of accuracy in all work
- Sustain a professional and mature approach to work maintaining total integrity confidentiality at all times
- Use the Microsoft Office suite with ease
