The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for supporting Fleetwise in building, maintaining and strengthen our client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality control for client reports and requests and support day-to-day activities.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Database maintenance and compilation of business statistics.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Help organise and maintain office common areas.
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ and payables data.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide assistance to senior members of the team where necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Finance experience necessary particularly with accounts receivables and payables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently.
  • Self-starter who is capable of completing multiple projects within set deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Word) with the ability to learn programs as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Holds a current manual transmission driving licence.
