The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for supporting Fleetwise in building, maintaining and strengthen our client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality control for client reports and requests and support day-to-day activities.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Database maintenance and compilation of business statistics.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Help organise and maintain office common areas.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ and payables data.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide assistance to senior members of the team where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Finance experience necessary particularly with accounts receivables and payables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently.
- Self-starter who is capable of completing multiple projects within set deadlines.
- Strong computer skills (Excel and Word) with the ability to learn programs as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Holds a current manual transmission driving licence.
