We are looking for someone to work with us to develop and implement our marketing strategy as well as helping out with a variety of other administrative tasks in our busy Architectural Practice.

Some administrative experience would be advantageous but is not 100% essential, if you have the right skills and are a good fit in other areas. The hours are initially 10-12 a week preferably spread over Wednesday and Friday - it may be possible for some flexibility if you have other commitments. 

Tasks would include but are not limited to:

  • Implementing practice wide branding
  • Assisting with preparing and uploading materials to our website and facebook
  • Assisting with the preparation, and possibly content, of presentations and proposals
  • A variety of other admin tasks to keep the practice ticking along smoothly.

You will have:

  • Good MSOffice skills - particularly Word, Xcel and Outlook
  • Excellent InDesign and Photoshop skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A flexible can-do attitude and a sense of humour.

The hourly rate will be based on experience and skill set.

You must be able to legally work in New Zealand to be considered for this role.
