Reporting to the Production Optimisation Co-ordinator, we are looking for someone who is motivated and independent, flexible, has excellent verbal and written communication skills and who enjoys working in a high speed manufacturing environment. Success in this role requires someone who has a keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills as you will deal with a wide range of people within the business.
You will be responsible for all aspects of producing high quality documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), One Point Lesson’s (OPL’s) and Job Instructions. This role also responsible for supporting the Implementation of training and assessment.
We are seeking a person who has:
• Excellent written communication skills along with verbal
• Strong working Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and make them easily understood by anyone
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation with attention to detail
• Strong planning ,organisational and time management skills
