We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our busy office in a Personal Assistant role. You will be working in a top real estate office in the heart of Auckland City, alongside an award-winning Agent.
The following qualities/skill are required:
- You must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Have a good handle on Microsoft Publisher, Excel, Word and Adobe
- Have a strong command of the English language
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- Good 'Can do' attitude
- A personable phone manner
- A full NZ Drivers Licence
Your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Updating client databases
- Promotional mail outs
- Compiling property information
- Liaising with tenants
- Organising open homes
- General office tasks
- Updating Social Media
Real Estate is an ever-changing industry. No two days will be the same, and you will be offered a supportive and enjoyable work environment, with the opportunity to grow the role.
If you were to have a Real Estate License this would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
Also, being fluent in Mandarin, and/or Cantonese would be beneficial, however, not mandatory.
