Ray White Mt Maunganui & Papamoa, are award winning Ray White Offices who have a committed and successful sales team who are ensuring the ongoing success of the company, offering our clients outstanding quality and service.

Due to our continued success, we now need a pro-active and efficient person to support our high performing sales team.

We're looking for a Customer Service Star to work in our Papamoa office. The position is for a 6 month fixed term.

You will love talking to people and although call-centre experience is preferred - we believe your attitude and personality will determine your success.

We need someone who:

• Has previous call-centre or customer service experience
• Has a personable, positive and confident manner
• Are self - motivated and serious about performing
• Have a professional and confident phone manner
• Are punctual and reliable
• Have an excellent work ethic
• Have accurate data entry skills
• Can work as part of a team & autonomously
• Have a mature outlook
• Are forward thinking

Most importantly you will be an enthusiastic team player who is committed to upholding the excellent reputation we have worked towards.

Remuneration will be based on skills and experience and will be made up of an hourly rate PLUS incentivised bonuses.
