Addeco Christchurch has and exciting opportunity to work with a leading wholesale bathroom supplier, who has been supplying the latest products to the growing market. With a core belief in providing the top quality products to their customers, our client is now looking for a versatile and dedicated Office manager. A keen eye for detail and experience in a sole charge customer service environment is essential for the successful applicant.
Duties of these roles include but are not limited to:
• Accounts experience incl. General Ledger/Profit Loss/Balance Sheets
• Monthly sales reporting /Microsoft Excel
• Internal orders/documentation/tracking
• Product advertising - marketing
• General administration / PA Support to general manager
What you will bring to the role:
• Proven experience in a sole office management position
• A level of attention to detail
• Strong experience with MYOB
• Ability to self-manage
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level of experience in the Microsoft suit
• Ability to understand website updates
