Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. About the opportunity
  • Scheduling of meetings, arranging travel, co-ordinating events for various executive meetings and client activities
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications (via phone, email and other platforms)
  • Handling confidential information with professional discretion
  • Reporting and document preparation
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents as required
About you
 

We are looking for and experienced EA who would like to join a professional, fun and hardworking team with the following experience:

  • Excellent administration background with a passion for working in a busy and varied role with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong MS Office knowledge: Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Experience and confidence working with Partners, clients and other stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to understand professional pressures and remain resilient under these circumstances
