We are looking for a Telesales/Sales Rep Support, so if you are full of energy and enthusiasm, looking for an engaging and interesting role, then our busy Trade Department is the go! A hard worker with a robust personality would be the ideal “Talent” we seek. Acting as a direct liaison between our Trade Reps, our Customers and our Suppliers – you will be challenged in this fast paced interactive environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Replenishing department stock;
- Procurement/receipting;
- Maintaining data integrity;
- Price negotiation;
- Invoicing;
- Organising transport, for direct to site orders;
- Quoting for both reps and internal customers;
- Counter and account holder sales;
- Telesales/telemarketing; and
- Report maintenance.
You will need to be:
- Organised and methodical;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively;
- Cope under pressure and when working to tight deadlines;
- Possess high computer literacy; and
- MS Office Suite specifically Excel.
