We have experienced recent growth in the organisation, and require a Claims Administrator to join our team. This is a graduate position where we are looking to develop your skills, and as you grow, there is the opportunity for progression within the organisation.
The Claims Administrator works with a team of Claims Case Managers to assist them with a variety of tasks. They include claims lodgements, follow up calls, incoming and outgoing mail to ensure the smooth running of the team coupled with maintaining service levels.
Key responsibilities:
- Process emails for the general claims inbox
- Scan and log claims related hard mail
- Data entry of claims invoices
- Process batches of windscreen invoices and follow up any anomalies
- Lodge new claims - from phone, internet or email
- Assist team to follow up overdue assessments, repair invoices, excess payments, repair bookings, etc.
- Allocate unposted claims receipts
- Member of claims team phone queue
- Clear voice mail boxes
- Process outgoing mail
- General tasks as required to assist the Claims Case Managers
Desired skills and experience:
- Graduate degree in any discipline
