We have experienced recent growth in the organisation, and require a Claims Administrator to join our team. This is a graduate position where we are looking to develop your skills, and as you grow, there is the opportunity for progression within the organisation.

The Claims Administrator works with a team of Claims Case Managers to assist them with a variety of tasks. They include claims lodgements, follow up calls, incoming and outgoing mail to ensure the smooth running of the team coupled with maintaining service levels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process emails for the general claims inbox
  • Scan and log claims related hard mail
  • Data entry of claims invoices
  • Process batches of windscreen invoices and follow up any anomalies
  • Lodge new claims - from phone, internet or email
  • Assist team to follow up overdue assessments, repair invoices, excess payments, repair bookings, etc.
  • Allocate unposted claims receipts
  • Member of claims team phone queue
  • Clear voice mail boxes
  • Process outgoing mail
  • General tasks as required to assist the Claims Case Managers
