Work within a great team in a small to mid-tier legal firm, located down in Auckland CDBs viaduct.
Role:
Where no day is the same, this Reception role will require you, but will not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Prepare meeting and reception rooms
- Organise catering and assist with events
- Order stationary and office supplies
- Basic accounts administation
- Adhoc administration and reception duties
The Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 2-3 years reception experience
- At least 2 years administration experience
- Legal or financial industry preferred
- Organised and confident
- Has a bright and bubbly personality
- Outgoing and extremely personable
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Corporate professional appearance
