Our busy and energetic Smart Energy Solutions office, based in Orbit Drive Rosedale, is looking for a full-time (Monday to Friday) Administrator with 'next-level' customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and collaborate across multiple teams, for a 6 month contract.
Who are You?
You are an experienced Administrator who enjoys a customer facing role. Ideally you will be familiar with Salesforce or another CRM/ ERP system. Regardless of what industry you've been in, you have an excellent eye for detail, you are calm under pressure, can multi-task and you thrive on jumping in and helping any individual or team when needed. We are known for our customer engagement so you'll want to deal with all walks of life and crucially, have an ability to adapt and relate.
What's Your Role?
Your day is centred around ensuring the entire experience associated with customer contact, quoting, and coordination of service and installation arrangements runs seamlessly... Communication skills are ESSENTIAL! You'll oversee all customer interaction, collaborating with both Sales and Operations Channels to ensure delivery in all aspects of customer expectation.
