This Christchurch based goods supplier focuses on the construction and heavy duty vehicle market. They are a nationwide company and the leading supplier in their industry throughout New Zealand. The company has been awarded the distributorships for some of the most highly respected brands worldwide.

Your new role

• Job/labour pricing, warranty claims and general invoicing.
• Open new cases if necessary ensuring all relevant information is entered
• Maintain workshop scheduling system for all workshop cases
• Monitor work progress and keep customers informed of changes
• Liaise with and keep customers informed of progress on jobs, making sure they are aware of any changes or delays
• Assist with answering incoming calls to the Service area and re-direct as require

What you'll need to succeed

• A general knowledge and understanding of a service workshop and be familiar with machinery parts
• A strong team player, you will be an integral link between the Service and Parts Departments
• Previous experience in a similar role
