Due to internal promotions, we have an exciting opportunity to join the Merchandise Team in the role of Buyers Administrator. No day will be the same!!

As a Buyers Administrator, you will have an exciting role reporting to and providing direct support to the Category Buyers where you will assist in the preparation of material for supplier submissions and range reviews along with general administration support, processing of advertising material and provide assistance for stores and suppliers in liaison with the Buyer. 

What we need from you:

  • High degree of customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • High degree of MS Excel ability - particularly in Pivot Tables & VLookUps
  • Understands the importance of timelines
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritise effectively
  • Possesses well developed written and verbal communication skills
