Archibald and Shorter has been an automotive fixture in Auckland since 1935, with two locations for vehicle servicing in Greenlane and Glenfield with new and used vehicles sales located in Great South Road, Greenlane and Warau Road, Glenfield.
This is a senior position within the Archibald and Shorter Group Service Departments and requires an experienced warranty administrator to take the helm of our small, yet busy and expanding warranty team. The role involves processing and invoicing warranty claims and requires the candidate to have the ability to drive the improvement of warranty processes to meet best practice dealer standards.
You will also have the ability to coach and guide our team in all aspects of the warranty process.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met by;
- Leading the team by example to help nurture and grow our existing warranty team and expand their capabilties
- Ensuring Warranty compliance standards are meet on all Warranty repairs and Warranty audits
- Processing all completed Warranty events within 14 days of last clocked date, while maximising Warranty recovery efficiencies
- Supporting the workshop in delivering outstanding customer service at all times
