Be Interested:

  • We're looking for an Insolvency Assistant to provide high quality administration services for our Insolvency team.
  • This is a crucial role where you will responsible for supporting your team with administrative duties in order for assignments and projects to be delivered effectively and timely to our clients.

Be Exceptional:

  • Assist with reconciliation of GST returns and bank statements
  • Compile receipts and payments
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings using electronic diaries
  • Undertake word processing, create and maintain spreadsheets, create presentations
  • Provide backup support to the Financial Administrator
  • Set up files and draft initial letters for client correspondence
  • Provide general support services to the team

Be KPMG:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • An understanding of, and interest in the commercial environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to professionalism
  • Client service focus (internal and external)
  • Proactive and assertive in terms of increasing the effectiveness of systems and processes
