They are looking for an Office Support Superstar, who can learn the ropes and make the role their own. Our clients have a passionate work culture and are looking for a part-time office assistant to join their team in Glen Eden, West Auckland.
They are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, 'can do' individual to deliver exceptional business support to their team. To be successful in this role you will be detailed oriented, can take direction and put customers at the heart of everything you do.
The Role
• Ensure written production, sales and recorded are accurately on day sheets and MYOB
• Manage phones calls and correspondence, emails, letters, packages etc.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Complete assigned tasks
• Assist accountant with account quarries
About you
• Relevant MYOB experience is a must
• Open to working fluid hours (part-time and sometimes full time)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• At least 1-year experience in administration or customer services
• Confident computer skill level
• Can start immediately
