Our Client currently requires an exceptional Client Service Administrator to join their team on 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full time position starting asap. If you're looking to further your career this could be an opportunity worth exploring. This is a fast paced environment and a role where you will have the ability to learn new skills and grow within this Organisation. Your experience maybe within Administration or even a Customer Service position where you're trying to take your next step into an Administration position.
Duties could include:
- End to end process of enquiries including follow-up with Clients
- Data Entry - entering communication into the database
- Dealing with Customer Complaints and finding resolutions to these
- Adhoc reporting
- Providing over the phone customer service to Clients
- Other general administration duties
Requirements:
- Resilience and an ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail with good data entry skills
- Strong customer service skills where outcome focus is important
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail - accuracy is important
